Customers can deposit in one of the following banks and make payable to Tianda Securities Limited.

Important Note:

• Clients must sign on the bank pay-in slip with client account name and account number quoted, and fax it to the Settlement Department at +852 3152 3818 or by email enquiry@tiandafinancial.com before 4:00pm for same-day valuation. You are advised to call our Customer Service Department at +852 3972 0688 to confirm such fund deposit request. All pay-in slips received after 4:00pm will be processed in the next working day.
• The name of the cheque must be same as the name of the account holder (The third party cheque will not be accepted).
• The cheque will be valued and credited to your account after it is cleared.

For cash withdrawal from the account, please download, print, complete and sign the “Deposit / Withdrawal Form”, then return it to us by fax at +852 3152 3818 or email to enquiry@tiandafinancial.com. The withdrawal procedure will be processed after client identity is verified.

Clients must send us the withdrawal request on or before 11:00 a.m. (Monday to Friday) during the office hours, then it will be effective on the same day. Withdrawal request received after 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the next working day. All funds will be deposited to your designated bank account in form of crossed cheques.

If clients request the fund withdrawal by bank transfer, telegraphic transfer (T/T) or CHATS, any bank charges incurred will be borne by the client.

Withdrawals to the third party or by cash cheque are not accepted.
