  • Securities Settlement

    To transfer securities from another securities firm/bank ("Outside Broker") to the account of Tianda Securities Limited ("Tianda Securities"), client should:

    Step 1 Complete the Securities Settlement Instruction (“Form”) of Tianda Securities;
    Step 2 Sign the Form by the account holders;
    Step 3 Mail or fax the duly completed and signed Form to:
    Attn: Settlement Department
    Tianda Securities Limited

    No. 1 Tim Mei Avenue, Central, Hong Kong
    Fax no.: (852) 3152 3818
    Step 4 Inform the Outsider Broker for the Securities Settlement simultaneously. The settlement details are as:
    Hong Kong Securities Custodian Name: HKSCC
    CCASS Participant ID : B01920
    Participant Name : Tianda Securities Limited
    Beneficiary: Client’s Tianda Securities account name and account no.

    Remarks:
    • Please submit a separate Form for each Outsider Broker.
    • The account name with Outside Broker must be same as Client’s account name with Tianda Securities.
  • Physical Script Deposit

    To deposit stock certificates into Tianda Securities Limited account, client should:

    • Endorse all stock certificates by signing in the space provided overleaf. (All parties whose name(s) appear(s) on the stock certificate(s) must sign in the space provided)
    • Hand deliver the duly endorsed share certificates to Tianda Securities business address.
    • Ensure the registered name of the stock certificate must be same as the name of the securities accountholder(s).
    • Never mail in the stock certificates to Tianda Securities in all circumstances.
    • Note that withdrawal of sales proceeds on physical script deposit(s) will require verification of registration by the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS). Processing normally takes 10 working days (HKT). If the stock is newly listed on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) within a month (IPO), it is accepted to sell at the day of deposit, but the fund can only be withdrawn after 10 working days.
